Local Citation (NAP)
A local citation is any place online that lists your business name, address, and phone number (your NAP). Consistent citations across the web are a core trust signal that helps you rank in local search.

Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile (GBP)
A Google Business Profile is the free Google listing that puts your business on Google Search and Google Maps, with your hours, location, reviews, and photos. For a local business it is the single biggest factor in whether you show up.
Google Map Pack
The Google map pack is the box of three local businesses, shown with a map, that appears at the top of results for local searches. It is also called the local pack or the 3-pack.
